OBSERVATORY FOR FISH TO VIEW THE WORLD IN THE AIR
People can enjoy observing fish that have ascended in it, but actually the fish can enjoy human nature from it as well.
There is no part of the water projected from its flat surface. This observatory is to provide fish with the chance to exceed the surface to see the world in the air including human nature, other creatures and terrestrial that is outer world for them.
The observatory consists of tube(s) and rotating mechanism to expel the air inside or vacuum pump at the top to suction and raise up the water
